Scraps To Fab Altered Binder Clips How To

Hello Crafty Friends!
Welcome To Chattering Robins.

Michelle here today to share with you a
creative way to use your paper scraps to create
something to cheer any desk, counter or shelf,
altered binder clips with sentiment tags.

First, supplies used.

Selections from:

Embellie Gellies
Best Cleaner Ever

Additional supplies used: tulle, ribbon, clay embellishments,
dimensional squares, double sided tape, gesso & paint.

After choosing paper designs, I measured
each (previously used) clip individually, for best fit.
I also used additional of same design, as backing for tags.

I chose all Dew Drops, to color coordinate with
the paper chosen or theme of card
featured on each tag, and secured each using
The Best Glue Ever, and the Embellie Gellie to place them.

I added dimension with double sided adhesive squares.
I also used  various distressing techniques
on the edges of the tag design elements.

To add extra security to hold the tags in place,
I added a dollop of glue just above
the ribbons on each, and at the base of each tag.

Each tag & binder set took approximately half an hour to create,
once selections and layout was decided.

The perfect way to cheer anyone's day.

I hope you enjoyed this project & tutorial.
